At ColDesi, we are committed to your success and offer a transparent return process for equipment, parts, and supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our support team is here to assist you with an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
